Claim Policy

At BINNY Footwear, claims are accepted only for manufacturing defects.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us via Email with your Order ID and clear photos or a video of the issue.

After inspection, if the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement.

Note: Claims for normal wear & tear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling will not be accepted.
